Lifeline Assistance Programs

Lifeline is a federal program in the US providing discounted telecommunications services to low-income individuals since 1985. It helps them stay connected to family, jobs, healthcare, and emergencies, evolving to include wireless services. Lifeline bridges the digital gap, ensuring equitable access to communication for all Americans.

We understand the significance of maintaining connections with family, staying open to job prospects, and having a lifeline during emergencies. We strive to fulfill this need in our community by providing service and offering phone options to eligible individuals through a government-funded initiative. The services available may differ based on state regulations.

Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP)

The Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) is a federal initiative introduced to assist low-income households in affording broadband internet access. Launched in December 2021, it replaced the Emergency Broadband Benefit (EBB) program. ACP provides a monthly subsidy to eligible participants, reducing internet costs and promoting digital inclusion nationwide.

As of February 8, 2024, the Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) has ceased accepting new enrollments. New customers are no longer able to sign up for the program. However, for individuals currently enrolled in the ACP with another provider who wishes to transfer service, an option is available to facilitate the transition. Additionally, participants are encouraged to express their opinions and concerns by clicking here, to make their voices heard regarding the program's status. Updates on the ACP's status will be provided as they become available, prompting participants to check back regularly for further information.
